CNC machining is an advanced manufacturing process that uses digital program to control machine tools to perform precise cutting, drilling, milling, turning, grinding, wire cutting and other operations on metals, plastics or composite materials. Its core is multi-axis linkage machining and automated programming, which can achieve high-precision forming of complex geometric shapes.


Core Equipment Types and Processing Range:


1. Core Equipment: 3/4/5-axis machining center, compound turning and milling machine tools, surface grinders, internal and external cylindrical grinders, wire cutting, electric spark, etc.


2. Lathe Machining: maximum machining diameter 1200MM.


3. Milling Machine: 2000*4000 MM

For small batches and low-volume parts, CNC machining offers a highly effective solution. Pricing depends on the selected material, complexity, quantity, and required delivery timeline. CNC machining and 3D printing offer relatively comparable pricing for similar geometries, but CNC machining typically delivers superior material properties and surface finish.
