High-Pressure Oil Pipe: Made of stainless steel or alloy steel, resistant to high temperature (>150℃) and high pressure (>12.5MPa), suitable for the fuel or lubrication system of high-performance vehicles (such as racing cars).

Return Oil Pipe: Made of galvanized steel or composite metal, it has a compact structure and corrosion resistance to ensure smooth oil return.

Cooling Oil Pipe: Stainless steel material with insulation layer to optimize oil temperature distribution and reduce the impact of viscosity changes on lubrication.


Process Features:


1. Precision Bending Forming: The bending radius is controlled by a CNC pipe bending machine to ensure uniform pipe wall thickness and avoid stress concentration.


2. Sealing Technology: The metal joint is fixed with a clamp and matched with an O-ring to achieve zero leakage.


3. Anti-Corrosion Treatment: surface electroplating or spraying anti-corrosion coating to extend service life.
