Recently, Cangzhou Furui Hardware Manufacturing Co., Ltd. organized its employees to go to the local fire training base to participate in a one-day safety production education and training activity to further strengthen the company's safety management level. The activity helped employees master fire fighting skills and emergency response capabilities through theoretical teaching, practical exercises and case analysis.
This training focused on the theme of "risk prevention and safety assurance", focusing on the investigation of fire hazards, the use of fire extinguishing equipment, and emergency evacuation procedures. Fire experts explained the knowledge of electrical fire and mechanical operation risk prevention based on real cases, and led employees to operate fire extinguishers, fire hydrants and escape equipment on site. Through scenario simulation exercises, the trainees mastered the initial fire extinguishing techniques and the methods of rescuing the wounded.
The person in charge of the company said: "Safety is the lifeline of the enterprise. This training has significantly improved employees' risk awareness and emergency response capabilities." In the future, the company will carry out regular safety education every quarter, and plans to introduce intelligent fire protection systems to build a "human defense + technical defense" dual protection system. This training covered more than 80 front-line employees and managers, and all employees passed the assessment, laying a solid foundation for safe production.
