In March 2022, Cangzhou Furui Hardware Manufacturing Co., Ltd. successfully completed the factory relocation and officially moved into the new production base in Nanpi County. The new factory covers an area of 4,000 square meters, nearly three times larger than the original site, optimizing the layout of production, warehousing and office areas, and further improving production capacity and management efficiency.
The relocation also upgraded production equipment, introducing the Han's Laser G4020-K fiber cutting machine and PB1032 bending machine. The new equipment can achieve high-precision metal cutting and bending of complex structural parts, greatly shortening the processing cycle and meeting high-end manufacturing needs. For example, the G4020-K can cut up to 20mm thick with an accuracy error of less than 0.1mm; the PB1032 bending machine supports automated programming, reducing manual intervention, and is expected to increase annual production capacity by more than 30%.
To enhance team collaboration and decision-making efficiency, the company simultaneously set up a new conference room equipped with a remote conference system and projection equipment to accommodate daily meetings, technical seminars and customer communication needs. The new venue also optimized safety and environmental protection facilities, including intelligent monitoring systems and energy-saving equipment to reduce operating energy consumption.
This relocation is an important measure for Cangzhou Furui Hardware Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to respond to market demand and deepen the layout of intelligent manufacturing.
